San Diego Beach Vacation Rental Policies

General Policies

Discounted rates for extended stays.
Total rent fee is due within 30 days from the date of confirmation.
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am.
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required to secure reservation.
Totally refundable security deposit as long as property is left undamaged.
A cleaning fee of $125 applies and will be deducted from your security deposit.
The remaining security deposit will be refunded within 30 days from the time of check out.
Rental rates are based on occupancy of 6 persons.
If there are more than 6 in your party an additional charge will apply.
A pet fee of $100 per dog applies.
No smoking allowed on the premises.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Refunds are dependent upon our ability to find a substitute tenant. If a cancellation is made prior to receipt of any of the payment, your deposit would be refunded only if we can find a substitute tenant.
For cancellations made after payment (of any portion) of the rent, forfeiture of the rent received would result if we are unable to find a substitute tenant, however the deposit would be returned.
Furthermore, if we should need to re-advertise in order to fill your cancellation, any expenses incurred to re-advertise would be deductable from any monies due to you. (This generally would only occur if a cancellation is made within 1-3 weeks of the arrival date.)
